Shrimp Rose Pasta

I MADE THIS

Ingredients

250 grams uncooked spaghetti, cooked according to packaging instructions

¼ cup butter

2 Tablespoons cooking oil

1 Tablespoon minced garlic

½ cup minced white onion

20 pieces large size shrimp, peeled and deveined

¼ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

2 packs, 250 grams Hunt’s Tomato Sauce

¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes

1 can, 370ml Angel Cheesy Kremqueso

1 Tablespoon fresh basil leaves roughly chopped

Procedure:

  • Heat butter and oil in a large skillet. Add garlic and onion. Cook until golden and soft. Add shrimp. Saute until shrimp turns orange in color. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Add tomato sauce and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in Angel Cheesy Kremqueso and cook until slightly thickens.
  • Toss in cooked spaghetti and basil leaves. Turn off heat and serve.
