Mango Samalamig

INGREDIENTS
1 cup ripe mango strips (use melon grater)
1 cup (232g) mango gulaman cubes
1 cup cooked mini sago
1 can, 410ml Angel Evaporada
1 can, 380g Angel Condensada
1 cup water
ice cubes
PROCEDURE
- In a large pitcher, add mango and gulaman.
- Add Angel Evaporada, Angel Condensada, water and ice cubes.
- Mix well until combined. Scoop mixture into serving cups. Serve cold.
- Remove ice cream bars from the container. Using a sharp knife slice ice cream bars into 6 portions. Wrap with aluminum foil and freeze again until ready to serve.
