Iced Cocoa

Ingredients

40ml hot water

20g cocoa powder

80ml cold fresh milk

70ml Angel Condensada

30ml Angel Evaporated Liquid Creamer (Angel Evaporada)

40ml warm milk

150g ice cubes

 

Procedure

1. In a small bowl, mix the hot water and cocoa powder until fully dissolved. Set aside.

2. In a 16 oz cup, combine the fresh milk, Angel Condensada, and Angel Evaporated Liquid Creamer. Stir well, then add ice cubes.

3. Pour warm milk into a glass or jar. Using a frothing wand, froth for 1–2 minutes until foam forms.

4. Top the milk-and-ice mixture with the milk foam, then finish with the cocoa mixture.

5. Serve and enjoy!
