Coffee Crumble Float

Ingredients
2 packs, 250ml Angel All Purpose Creamer, chilled overnight
1 can, 370g Angel Sweetened Condensed Creamer
1 pack, 210g honey graham crackers
1 Tablespoon instant coffee powder
½ Tablespoon cocoa powder
½ cup toasted cashew, roughly chopped into small pieces
½ cup mini chocolate chips
Procedure
- Place Angel All Purpose Creamer in a bowl. Using a hand mixer, beat cream until light and fluffy. Add Angel Sweetened Condensed Creamer, coffee powder and cocoa powder and slowly fold using a rubber scraper until incorporated.
- To assemble. Add a thin layer of cream mixture at the bottom of glass dish. Arrange graham pieces on top. Top with the cream mixture. Sprinkle top with cashew and chocolate chips.
- Repeat procedure to form 2 layers. Garnish the top layer with more cashew and chocolate chips. Keep in the refrigerator for 3 hours or best overnight. Slice and serve.
