Avocado Samalamig

INGREDIENTS
ANGEL TRUCK
1 cup (183g) avocado cut into cubes
1 cup avocado strips (use melon grater)
½ cup (110g) cooked big sago
½ cup (100g) cooked mini sago
1 can, 410ml Angel Evaporada
1 can, 380g Angel Condensada
1 cup water
ice cubes
PROCEDURE
- In a large pitcher, add avocado cubes, avocado strips and sago.
- Add Angel Evaporada, Angel Condensada, water and ice cubes.
- Mix well until combined. Scoop mixture into serving cups. Serve cold.
