
Ingredients
- 410 ml Angel Evaporada
- Crushed or shaved ice
- 2 tbsp saba banana
- 1tbsp (jackfruit)
- 1tbsp gulaman (gelatin)
- 1 tbsp (mung beans)
- 1 slice leche flan
Procedure:
- At the bottom of the glass, place the crushed or shaved ice, then add the munggo, saba banana, gulaman, langka, and panggi.
- Add leche flan as a topping
- Pour the Angel Evaporada gently on top.
- Serve and enjoy!
