Palawan: Kasoy Hopia Halo-Halo

Ingredients

  •  2 tbsp crushed kasoy (cashew) nuts
  • 1tbsp banana saba (sliced)
  • 1tbsp mung beans
  • 1tbsp langka (jackfruit)
  • 1tbsp ube halaya 
  • 1 small slice leche flan cubes
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 410 ml Angel Evaporada 
  • 2 tbsp Angel Condensada 

 

Procedure:

  1. Layer the ube, banana, jackfruit, and mung beans on a glass.
  2. Add crushed ice on top.
  3. Pour Angel condensada and Evaporada over the halo-halo.
  4. Top it with crushed cashew nuts, hopia, and leche flan.
  5. Mix gently, then serve.
