
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp ube
- 2 tbsp sweet saba
- 1 tbsp gulaman (gelatin)
- 2 tbsp sweet corn
- 2 tbsp bukayo
- 2 tbsp beans
- 2 tbsp nata de coco
- 1/2 pc kundandit
- Crushed ice
- 1 pc ube puto
- 2 pc tupig
- 1 can, 410 ml Angel evaporada
Procedure:
- Place ube on the side of the glass.
- Add sweet saba, gulaman, sweet corn, bukayo, beans, and nata de coco one by one.
- Add kundandit as a sweetener.
- Fill the glass with crushed ice.
- Top with ube puto and tupig.
- Sprinkle a small amount of kundandit on top.
- Pour Angel evaporada over the halo-halo before serving.
