
Ingredients
- 1 star apple
- 2 tsp buko (sweetened)
- 2 tsp ube halaya (homemade)
- 1 tbsp nata de coco
- 2 tbsp gulaman
- 2 tsp corn
- 2 cups crushed ice
- 410 ml Angel Evaporada
Procedure:
- To assemble: in a coconut shell or glass, layer star apple, buko, ube halaya, nata de coco, gulaman, and corn.
- Add crushed ice on top, then add another layer of star apple.
- Pour 1 can of 410 ml Angel Evaporada evenly over the halo-halo.
- Mix lightly. Serve and enjoy!
