Tawi-Tawi: Panggi Halo-Halo

Ingredients

  • 410 ml Angel Evaporada
  • Crushed or shaved ice
  • 2 tbsp saba banana
  • 1tbsp (jackfruit)
  • 1tbsp gulaman (gelatin)
  • 1 tbsp (mung beans)
  • 1 slice leche flan

 

Procedure:

  1. At the bottom of the glass, place the crushed or shaved ice, then add the munggo, saba banana, gulaman, langka, and panggi.
  2. Add leche flan as a topping
  3. Pour the Angel Evaporada gently on top. 
  4. Serve and enjoy!
