Pangasinan: Special Halo-Halo

Ingredients

  •  1 tbsp ube
  •  2 tbsp sweet saba
  •  1 tbsp gulaman (gelatin)
  •  2 tbsp sweet corn 
  •  2 tbsp bukayo
  •  2 tbsp beans
  •  2 tbsp nata de coco
  •  1/2 pc kundandit
  •  Crushed ice
  •  1 pc ube puto
  • 2 pc tupig
  • 1 can, 410 ml Angel evaporada 

Procedure:

  1. Place ube on the side of the glass.
  2. Add sweet saba, gulaman, sweet corn, bukayo, beans, and nata de coco one by one.
  3. Add kundandit as a sweetener.
  4. Fill the glass with crushed ice.
  5. Top with ube puto and tupig.
  6. Sprinkle a small amount of kundandit on top.
  7. Pour Angel evaporada over the halo-halo before serving.
