
Ingredients
- 410 ml Angel Evaporada
- 1 tbsp sweetened beans
- 1 tbsp mung beans (munggo)
- 1 tbsp langka (jackfruit)
- 1 tbsp sago (tapioca pearls)
- 1 tbsp gulaman (Jelly)
- 1 tbsp Araro cookies, crushed
- 1 tbsp taro ice cream
- 1 tbsp ube halaya
- 1 small slice leche flan
- 1 tbsp cashew nuts, crushed
- 2 cups crushed ice
Procedure:
- To assemble: in a glass, layer sweetened beans, munggo, jackfruit, sago, and jelly at the bottom.
- Add a layer of crushed Araro cookies.
- Fill the glass with crushed ice.
- Pour Angel Evaporada evenly over the mixture.
- Top with taro ice cream, ube halaya, and a slice of leche flan.
- Sprinkle crushed cashew nuts on top. Serve and enjoy!
