Bataan: Taro Uraro Halo-Halo

Ingredients

  • 410 ml Angel Evaporada
  • 1 tbsp sweetened beans
  • 1 tbsp mung beans (munggo)
  • 1 tbsp langka (jackfruit)
  • 1 tbsp sago (tapioca pearls)
  • 1 tbsp gulaman (Jelly)
  • 1 tbsp Araro cookies, crushed
  • 1 tbsp taro ice cream
  • 1 tbsp ube halaya
  • 1 small slice leche flan
  • 1 tbsp cashew nuts, crushed
  • 2 cups crushed ice

 

Procedure:

  1. To assemble: in a glass, layer sweetened beans, munggo, jackfruit, sago, and jelly at the bottom.
  2. Add a layer of crushed Araro cookies.
  3. Fill the glass with crushed ice.
  4. Pour Angel Evaporada evenly over the mixture.
  5. Top with taro ice cream, ube halaya, and a slice of leche flan.
  6. Sprinkle crushed cashew nuts on top. Serve and enjoy!
