
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp crushed kasoy (cashew) nuts
- 1tbsp banana saba (sliced)
- 1tbsp mung beans
- 1tbsp langka (jackfruit)
- 1tbsp ube halaya
- 1 small slice leche flan cubes
- 1 cup crushed ice
- 410 ml Angel Evaporada
- 2 tbsp Angel Condensada
Procedure:
- Layer the ube, banana, jackfruit, and mung beans on a glass.
- Add crushed ice on top.
- Pour Angel condensada and Evaporada over the halo-halo.
- Top it with crushed cashew nuts, hopia, and leche flan.
- Mix gently, then serve.
