Coffee Crumble Float

I MADE THIS

Ingredients

2 packs, 250ml Angel All Purpose Creamer, chilled overnight

1 can, 370g Angel Sweetened Condensed Creamer

1 pack, 210g honey graham crackers

1 Tablespoon instant coffee powder

½ Tablespoon cocoa powder

½ cup toasted cashew, roughly chopped into small pieces

½ cup mini chocolate chips

Procedure

  1. Place Angel All Purpose Creamer in a bowl. Using a hand mixer, beat cream until light and fluffy. Add Angel Sweetened Condensed Creamer, coffee powder and cocoa powder and slowly fold using a rubber scraper until incorporated.
  2. To assemble. Add a thin layer of cream mixture at the bottom of glass dish. Arrange graham pieces on top. Top with the cream mixture. Sprinkle top with cashew and chocolate chips.
  3. Repeat procedure to form 2 layers. Garnish the top layer with more cashew and chocolate chips. Keep in the refrigerator for 3 hours or best overnight. Slice and serve.
