1 pack, 25g	buko pandan flavored gulaman powder
2 cups	water
2 cups	buko juice
4 tbsp	sugar
1-25 grams	white, unflavored gulaman powder
1 cup	water
1-410 ml	Angel Evaporada
1-410 ml	Angel Kremdensada
TOPPING: :
1-250ml	Angel All-Purpose Creamer
¼ cup	Angel Condensada
1 cup	fresh buko strips

PROCEDURE

In a saucepan, combine buko pandan flavored gulaman, 2 cups water, 2 cups buko juice, and sugar. Mix well until dissolved. Bring mixture to a boil. Slowly simmer until it begins to set. Pour into a rectangular mold. Let it set for 4 hours or better overnight.
When pandan gulaman is ready, cut it into small cubes. Divide pandan gulaman pieces into your preferred mold.
In a new saucepan, combine white gulaman, 1 water, Angel Evaporada and Angel Kremdensada. Stir until combined. Bring mixture to a boil. Slowly simmer until it begins to set. Divide milky gulaman mixture into your mold with pandan gulaman pieces. Let it cool for 30 minutes and refrigerate for 4 hours or better overnight.

TO MAKE THE TOPPING: IN A BOWL, MIX ALL-PURPOSE CREAMER, CONDENSADA AND BUKO STRIPS.
