Ube Halo-Halo

Ingredients
Ube Milky Ice
2 cans, 410ml Angel Evaporada
1 can, 410ml water
1 can, 380g Angel Condensada
2 Tablespoons ube powder
1 teaspoon ube extract
Toppings
½ cup store bought ube halaya
½ cup nata de coco
½ cup cooked sweetened sago
½ cup sweetened saba banana
½ cup diced pandan gulaman
½ cup sweetened langka strips
½ cup sweetened red munggo beans
leche flan
cornflakes or toasted pinipig
grated cheese
Procedure
1. Prepare ahead: In a bowl, combine Angel Evaporada, water, Angel Condensada, ube powder, and ube extract. Mix well, then transfer the ube milk mixture into ice bags. Freeze for at least 48 hours.
2. To assemble, swirl 1 tablespoon of ube halaya around the inside of a tall glass.
3. Add nata de coco, sago, saba, gulaman, langka, and munggo to the glass.
4. Shave the frozen ube milk using an ice crusher, then fill the prepared glass with the ube milky ice.
5. Top with a slice of leche flan, cornflakes, and grated cheese. Serve and enjoy!
