Sans Rival Ref Cake

Ingredients
1 bar, 225g unsalted butter, softened
1 can, 380g Angel Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 pack, 250ml Angel All Purpose Creamer, chilled overnight
1 pack, 210g honey graham crackers
1-1/2 cup toasted cashew, roughly chopped into small pieces
Procedure
- Place butter in a bowl. Using a hand mixer, beat until fluffy and light in color. Add Angel Sweetened Condensed Milk, continue to beat until incorporated.
- In another bowl, add Angel All Purpose Creamer, beat until light and fluffy or doubled in volume. Carefully fold whipped cream into the butter mixture.
- Spread a thin layer of buttercream mixture on a glass dish. Top with graham crackers. Spread a layer of buttercream mixture and sprinkle with cashew.
- Repeat procedure to form 2 layers. Garnish the top with more cashew. Keep in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours or best overnight. Slice and serve.
