Sans Rival Ref Cake

I MADE THIS

Ingredients

1 bar, 225g unsalted butter, softened

1 can, 380g Angel Sweetened Condensed Milk

1 pack, 250ml Angel All Purpose Creamer, chilled overnight

1 pack, 210g honey graham crackers

1-1/2 cup toasted cashew, roughly chopped into small pieces

 

Procedure

  1. Place butter in a bowl. Using a hand mixer, beat until fluffy and light in color. Add Angel Sweetened Condensed Milk, continue to beat until incorporated.
  2. In another bowl, add Angel All Purpose Creamer, beat until light and fluffy or doubled in volume. Carefully fold whipped cream into the butter mixture.
  3. Spread a thin layer of buttercream mixture on a glass dish. Top with graham crackers. Spread a layer of buttercream mixture and sprinkle with cashew.
  4. Repeat procedure to form 2 layers. Garnish the top with more cashew. Keep in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours or best overnight. Slice and serve.
