Mango Tiramisu

INGREDIENTS
– 2 packs, 250ml Angel All Purpose Creamer,chilled
– 1 can, 370g Angel Condensada
– ½ cup cream cheese, softened
– 1 cup fresh mango puree
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– ¼ teaspoon yellow food coloring,
Optional
– 1 pack, 350g lady fingers or broas
– 1 can, 410ml Angel Evaporada
– 2 cups diced fresh mango
PROCEDURE
- Combine Angel All Purpose Creamer, Angel Condensda, cream cheese, mango puree, vanilla extract and yellow food coloring. Whisk until smooth.
- Briefly soak lady fingers or broas in Angel Evaporada and quickly assemble into containers in layers with the cream mixture.
- Top cake with fresh mangoes, cover and chill overnight to set.
