Mango Tiramisu

INGREDIENTS

2 packs, 250ml Angel All Purpose Creamer, chilled 1 can, 370g Angel Condensada ½ cup cream cheese, softened 1 cup fresh mango puree 1 teaspoon vanilla extract ¼ teaspoon yellow food coloring, optional 1 pack, 350g lady fingers or broas 1 can, 410ml Angel Evaporada 2 cups diced fresh mango

PROCEDURE

  1. Combine Angel All Purpose Creamer, Angel Condensda, cream cheese, mango puree, vanilla extract and yellow food coloring. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Briefly soak lady fingers or broas in Angel Evaporada and quickly assemble into containers in layers with the cream mixture.
  3. Top cake with fresh mangoes, cover and chill overnight to set.
