INGREDIENTS

Milk Mixture
1 can 410ml Angel Evaporada
500gAngel Condensada
1 pack 250ml Angel All Purpose Creamer
2 cups store bought mango puree
Assembly
1 cupcrushed ice
100mlmilk mixture
30g cooked mini sago
30gcooked big sago
25gfresh mango cubes

PROCEDURE

  1. Milk Mixture: In a bowl, combine Angel Evaporada, Angel Condensada, Angel All Purpose Creamer and mango puree. Mix well until combined. Transfer mixture in a squeeze bottle. Store in the chiller until ready to use.
  2. To Assemble: In a 12oz cup, add crushed ice, milk mixture, mini sago, big sago and fresh mango cubes. Serve immediately.
