Fruit Salad Garaham Refrigerator Cake

I MADE THIS

Ingredients

2 packs, 250ml Angel All Purpose Creamer, chilled overnight

1 can, 380g Angel Sweetened Condensed Creamer

1 pack, 210g honey graham crackers

1 can, 836g fruit cocktail, drained

 

Procedure

  1. Place Angel All Purpose Creamer in a bowl. Using a hand mixer, beat cream until light and fluffy. Fold in Angel Sweetened Condensed Creamer.
  2. To assemble. Add a thin layer of cream mixture at the bottom of glass dish. Arrange graham pieces on top. Top with the cream mixture. Spoon fruit cocktail evenly on top of the cream.
  3. Repeat procedure to form 2 layers. Garnish the top layer with more fruit cocktail. Keep in the refrigerator for 3 hours or best overnight. Slice and serve.
