Fruit Salad Garaham Refrigerator Cake

Ingredients
2 packs, 250ml Angel All Purpose Creamer, chilled overnight
1 can, 380g Angel Sweetened Condensed Creamer
1 pack, 210g honey graham crackers
1 can, 836g fruit cocktail, drained
Procedure
- Place Angel All Purpose Creamer in a bowl. Using a hand mixer, beat cream until light and fluffy. Fold in Angel Sweetened Condensed Creamer.
- To assemble. Add a thin layer of cream mixture at the bottom of glass dish. Arrange graham pieces on top. Top with the cream mixture. Spoon fruit cocktail evenly on top of the cream.
- Repeat procedure to form 2 layers. Garnish the top layer with more fruit cocktail. Keep in the refrigerator for 3 hours or best overnight. Slice and serve.
