Dirty Ube Latte

Ingredients

2 Tablespoons ube halaya

30ml Angel Evaporated Liquid Creamer (Angel Evaporada)

¼ teaspoon ube flavoring

30ml Angel Condensada

140ml fresh milk

2 shots espresso

130g ice cubes

 

Procedure

1. Coat the inside walls of a 16 oz cup with 1 tablespoon of ube halaya.

2. In a small bowl, mix the remaining 1 tablespoon of ube halaya, ube flavoring, Angel Condensada, and Angel Evaporated Liquid Creamer. Froth with a wand until well blended.

3. Fill the prepared cup with ice and fresh milk. Slowly pour in the ube milk mixture, then top with espresso.

4. Serve and enjoy!
