Creamy Pancit Canton

Ingredients

2 packs instant pancit canton, hot chili

¾ cup Angel Evaporada

1 can, 180g Century Tuna Flakes in Vegetable Oil, drained

1 teaspoon chopped spring onion

 

Procedure

  1. In a bowl, combine the sauce and seasoning packet. Add the Angel Evaporada and mix until well blended. Set aside.
  2. Bring water to a boil in a medium-sized saucepan. Add the pancit canton noodles and
    cook according to package instructions. Drain well.
  3. Heat the milk mixture in a skillet, add the tuna flakes, and simmer for 2 minutes. Add the cooked noodles and toss until evenly coated. Serve immediately.
