Chocolate Chip Cookie Float

I MADE THIS

Ingredients

2 packs, 250ml Angel All Purpose Creamer, chilled overnight

1 can, 380g Angel Sweetened Condensed Creamer

1 pack, 368g store bought chocolate chip cookie pieces

1 can, 410ml Angel Evaporated Mik 

chocolate shavings to garnish (optional)

 

Procedure

  1. Place Angel All Purpose Creamer in a bowl. Using a hand mixer, beat cream until light and fluffy. Add Angel Sweetened Condensed Creamer, slowly fold using a rubber scraper until incorporated. 
  2. Spread a thin layer of whipped cream at the bottom of a glass dish. Dip chocolate chip cookie pieces in evaporated milk and arrange on top of the dish. Top with cream mixture. 
  3.  Repeat procedure to form 2 layers. Garnish the top with chocolate shavings. Keep in the refrigerator for 3 hours or best overnight. Slice and serve.
