What you can do to market your online business and get more customers!

If the last 12 months have taught us anything, it’s that being online is important for any and all businesses. It’s how they stay top-of-mind—at nakakatulong ang social media para makilala at matandaan ang mga negosyo. At kung natatandaan ang negosyo natin, mas madali tayo makakabenta!

Ano ba ang kailangan para makapagsimula sa online marketing? Easy lang at wag matakot; may mga tips para tayo ay makapagbenta even better!

Tip #1: Be present on social media

Everyone has their own preferred social media platform, whether that’s Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or TikTok—at kung nasaan man ang mga customers at potential customers, dapat nandun din tayo.

Ang unang step ay ang paggawa ng mga social media accounts. At kung saan pwede, ang username na gagamitin ay iisa lang across all platforms para mas mabilis hanapin ang online negosyo natin kahit saan. Ang social media ay isa ring way para makipagusap sa mga interested buyers; hindi na kailangan magpa-landline!

Tip #2: Be consistent

Pag meron ng social media account ang negosyo, kailangan natin gumawa ng social media calendar. Tandaan natin na kung walang activity ang mga account, hindi ka makikita ng mga followers at customers.

 

The best practice for businesses is to post multiple times a day, which might be difficult, especially if you're also trying to stay on top of your production process. So kahit one post a day lang ang kaya ay okay na, basta may makita pa rin ang followers at masasabi na active ang negosyo page.

Tip #3: Change things up

We will admit: posting everyday may become difficult—pero may trick dyan! Tandaan lang that there are other things to post than just photos of the negosyo product.

Para maiba naman ang nakikita sa feed at para maging unique ang content against competitors, consider posting other aspects of your negosyo. Pwedeng ang proseso, tulad ng pagluluto o pagpackage ng mga benta. Pwede rin ang pagbili ng kailangan, para makita ng customers kung paano pinipili ang pinakamaganda at pinaka sariwang ingredients. Paminsan-minsan, pwede rin mag post ng simpleng tanong sa page, tulad ng “Anong flavor ng leche flan ang pinakagusto mo?” o “Anong prutas ang masarap kasama ng gatas?” Hindi natin alam, baka may sagot ang customer na pwedeng-pwede i-try sa negosyo! Kung dati ay buko salamig lang ang nasa isip mo, pero pwede rin pala ang strawberry samalamig!

At kung meron positive reviews, share na rin sa feed. Pero syempre, importanteng hindi makalimutan ipakita ang mga produkto.

Tip #4: Keep your customers in the loop

Customer service has the potential to make or break your online business, so it’s important that your customers always know what’s happening.

Ang social media ay isang way para makipagusap sa mga customers ng diretso. Sagutin ang mga DMs na pumapasok; baka may tanong sila sa product mo o nagtatanong lang kung kailanan pwede i-expect and delivery. Hindi natin alam, baka magoorder sila ng madami at chinecheck kung kakayanin.

Pwede rin gamitin ang social media para sa mga announcements, tulad ng pag-break dahil sa holidays, o kung maddelay ang isang batch ng orders. Dahil ito ay isa sa pinakamadaling way para makarating sa mga customers natin, dapat gamitin.

Tip #5: Think beyond social media
