Mango Pudding

I MADE THIS

INGREDIENTS

4 cups water
1 pack, 25g mango flavored gulaman powder
1 cup mango puree
1 can, 380g Angel Condensada
1 pack, 250ml Angel All Purpose Creamer
fresh mango cube, to garnish

 

PROCEDURE

  1. In a medium size saucepan, add water and sprinkle gulaman powder. Mix well until gulaman powder completely dissolves. Bring mixture into a soft boil over medium heat.
  2. Turn off heat and add mango puree and condensada. Mix well until heated through.
  3. Stir in Angel All Purpose Creamer, Mix well until incorporated.
  4. Ladle mixture into serving bowls or ramekins. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 6 hours or best overnight.
  5. To serve: Top pudding with fresh mango cubes and serve.
