Mango Pudding
INGREDIENTS
4 cups water
1 pack, 25g mango flavored gulaman powder
1 cup mango puree
1 can, 380g Angel Condensada
1 pack, 250ml Angel All Purpose Creamer
fresh mango cube, to garnish
PROCEDURE
- In a medium size saucepan, add water and sprinkle gulaman powder. Mix well until gulaman powder completely dissolves. Bring mixture into a soft boil over medium heat.
- Turn off heat and add mango puree and condensada. Mix well until heated through.
- Stir in Angel All Purpose Creamer, Mix well until incorporated.
- Ladle mixture into serving bowls or ramekins. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 6 hours or best overnight.
- To serve: Top pudding with fresh mango cubes and serve.
